The Panthers took on Kenyon tonight. A few standout performances to mention are senior Quinn Vanmaldeghem with 11 kills, 13 digs and 9 blocks, and Gabby Schlaak, Chloe Riewer and Quinn Vanmaldeghem all had over 10 digs apiece. The Panthers showed their strength at the net with over 30 blocks on the night, continuing to prove their grit in challenging matchups. We weren’t quite playing at our best early on, especially with senior outside Camyrn Vanmaldeghem sidelined by injury, but the girls battled through adversity.

 

Even with this loss, the Panthers continue to show their ability to compete and play quality volleyball. I feel confident in what this group can do when it matters most, especially as we approach section play after the regular season. We’ll use this weekend to reset and prepare for a busy stretch ahead, with three matches on the schedule next week.
