NRHEG Vet Science team qualifies for state

The NRHEG Vet Science team, consisting of Gus Bethke, Brooklyn Sommer, Colton Lermon and Ezra Boerner, finished second in the region on March 6. All four finished in the top third with Gus third individually, Colton seventh, Brooklyn 12th, and Ezra finished 20th. Also competing in JV was Kinley Adams, first overall, and Alexa Viktora. Jacob Lewer also competed in the Meats Evaluation contest and finished very well for his first contest. The exciting part of the day was Kinley buying chicks at Baumgaars.
