Owatonna, Minnesota — The Steele County Free Fair is making it easier than ever for fairgoers to plan their visit and experience Minnesota’s Biggest County Fair with the launch of its new mobile app, SCFF on a Stick.
Designed to serve as a digital companion for the fair, SCFF on a Stick gives visitors convenient access to important fair information right from their mobile devices. Fairgoers can use the app before arriving to plan their day and throughout their visit to stay connected with everything happening across the fairgrounds.
“SCFF on a Stick is another way we’re working to make the fair experience easier and more enjoyable for our guests,” said Steele County Free Fair management. “There is so much happening throughout the fair each day, and this app gives fairgoers a convenient way to keep that information right in their pocket.”
The app features access to daily schedules and entertainment information, fairgrounds maps with live directions from where you are to the location of your choice, food and vendor information and offerings, Grandstand events, attractions and other helpful resources. Fairgoers can quickly find what they’re looking for and discover activities they may not have known were happening.
The launch also provides the Steele County Free Fair with another way to communicate timely information with guests during the fair, helping visitors stay informed while making the most of their time on the grounds.
Fairgoers are encouraged to download SCFF on a Stick before arriving at the fair and use it to start planning their visit. SCFF on a Stick can be found on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
The Steele County Free Fair continues its tradition of providing free gate admission while offering entertainment, agriculture, food, shopping, exhibits, competitions, Grandstand events and family activities throughout the fairgrounds in Owatonna.
