SCPH seeking proposal for opioid response

[STEELE COUNTY, MN] – [09/19/24] – Steele County Public Health (SCPH) is launching a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the 2025 Steele County Opioid Response Initiative Grant. The RFP, application form, workplan template, and budget template are available on the SCPH website. The application deadline is Friday, November 1, 2024 at 12 p.m.

 

The 2025 Steele County Opioid Response Initiative Grant aims to address the impact of the opioid epidemic in Steele County by funding community projects focused on prevention, treatment and recovery, harm reduction, and criminal justice. The goal of the grant is to support initiatives that equitably serve communities most affected by the opioid crisis and promote sustainable, long-term solutions.

 

A virtual information session will be held on Thursday, October 3, from 9 - 10 a.m. to provide details about the application process. The meeting link is available on the SCPH website. This meeting will be recorded and posted on the SCPH website for those who are unable to attend.

 

All questions regarding the Opioid Response Initiative Grant should be directed to Steele County Public Health via email at SCPHN@SteeleCountyMN.gov no later than 12 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024. Questions and answers will be posted on the SCPH website no later than one week after their submission.
