Petsinger arrested after dispute

Rural Ellendale resident Daniel Petsinger, owner/operator of Radio Link Internet, was arrested Monday afternoon in Ellendale after a dispute with media company Jaguar/Metronet.
The dispute reportedly began when Metronet tried to remove a generator from property owned by Petsinger. Both parties claim legal ownership of the generator worth tens of thousands of dollars.
Petsinger was charged with resisting arrest among other charges; he spent Monday night in the Steele County Jail prior to his first appearance in court on Tuesday.
