Irish American Club celebrates St. Patty's

The Irish American Club of Southern Minnesota will be celebrating their 58th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at the Mill in Waseca on Saturday, March 14.

 

The day starts with music at 10 a.m., followed by a 10:30 a.m. mass and a Parade of Clans over to the Mill at noon.

 

Lunch will be served from noon-2 p.m. and will include selections such as Mulligan Stew, Rueben egg rolls, corned beef and cabbage, hot dogs or burgers. From 12:30-2:30 p.m. will be Irish Rally at the Mill with the Irish Auction starting at 2:30 p.m.

 

From 4-5:30 p.m. There will be Irish Bingo and at 6 p.m. the Battle of the Clans will take place with the 7 p.m. Miss St. Patrick and Miss Irish Rose pageant. The Mill bar will remain open throughout the event and the Irish Music and entertainment provided by Becky Borneke and Muriah Miller Keith. Irish activities, crafts and treats will also be for sale. Music afterwards provided by Jim “DJ Kozy” Kozan.
