B.O.B. Ride sets record fundraising for Steele County Toys for Tots

The Bikers of Blooming Prairie 2025 B.O.B. Ride set a record of $25,729 fundraising for Steele County Toys for Tots.

 

The 26th Annual B.O.B. (Bikers of Blooming) Ride  was held on July 19. The 145-mile ride was enjoyed by 57 riders on motorcycles, and 14 classic cars and trucks. The ride made stops in Manchester at the Bend in the Road, Waterville at Classic’s Pub, Medford at the Medford Muni, and concluded at the BP Tavern in Blooming Prairie for the meal.

 

Donations were received from businesses, organizations and residents of Blooming Prairie and the surrounding towns. A record donation of $25,729.00 was presented to the Steele County Toys For Tots.

 

Steele County Toys for Tots thanks the B.O.B. Ride fundraiser for their generous donations over the years. Mark your calendar; July 18, 2026 will be the 27th Annual B.O.B. Ride.

 

Toys for Tots of Steele County has been in existence for more than 40 years. It operates within the

 

national U.S. Marine Corp Reserve Toys for Tots program, which began in 1947. Its objective is to collect and distribute NEW and UNWRAPPED toys to Steele County needy children at Christmas.

 

Cash and gift cards received are used to purchase toys as per directives from our national organization.
