Area Riverland honor students

Riverland Community College is pleased to announce the students whose academic achievement placed them on the 2023 Fall president's and dean's lists. Riverland congratulates these individuals for their outstanding academic accomplishments.

 

Area residents who have earned honors while attending Riverland College campuses  include Ned Bell, Dean's List; Faith Borchert, President's List; Grace Borchert, Dean's List; Heather Kohler, President's List, all from Ellendale. Laynie Burie, Dean’s List, from Geneva. Faith Nielsen, Dean’s List, from Hartland. Hannah Budach, Dean's List; Brittany Pechacek, Dean's List; Clair Pittman, President's List; Tayler Schmidt, Dean's List; and Elsie Schultz, Dean's List, all from New Richland.

 

To be eligible for the president's list, students must have completed 12 credits per semester with letter grades and have earned a grade-point average of 4.00 on a 4.00 scale. To earn placement on the dean's list, students must have completed 12 credits per semester with letter grades and have earned a grade-point average of 3.25 to 3.99 on a 4.00 scale.

 

Riverland Community College, a member of the Minnesota State system with campuses located in Albert Lea, Austin and Owatonna, is a community college that strives to transform lives through excellence in service, education, and career training. Approximately 4,500 students are served annually through a wide range of credit-based educational opportunities.
